I have designed this page to give you a sample diet to follow that will help you gain lean muscle and burn bodyfat at the same time. I have created diets for both men and women. I have included the proper Tahitian Noni International supplements that need to be taken for these diets to work effectively. If you decide to follow one of these diets you can order the supplements directly from this page by clicking on the links. These diets are "sample" diets that will work for some people, but not all. For a more personalized diet, hire me and I'll design a goal specific diet just for you.



Diet 1: Female

Upon awakening:
Drink 2 oz of Tahitian Noni Juice

Meal 1:
1 whole egg and 3 egg whites
3 oz of 93% lean ground beef, chicken or turkey
1/3 cup of oatmeal

Meal 2:
Protein Shake-
2 scoops of Complete Shake
Mixed in water

Meal 3:
4 oz lean meat- beef, chicken, turkey or fish
4 oz sweet potato or 1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup of green veggies (spinach, broccoli, asparagus, or green beans) or 1 apple

Meal 4:
Protein Shake-
2 scoops of Complete Shake
Mixed in water

Meal 5:
4 oz lean meat- beef, chicken or turkey
2 cups of green veggies

Diet 2: Male

Upon awakening:
Drink 2 oz of Tahitian Noni Juice

Meal 1:

6 oz of 93% lean ground beef, chicken or turkey
1/2 cup of oatmeal

Meal 2:
Protein Shake-
6 scoops of High Protein Drink
Mixed in water

Meal 3:
8 oz lean meat- beef, chicken, turkey or fish
8 oz sweet potato or 1 cup of brown rice
2 cups of green veggies (spinach, broccoli, asparagus, or green beans) or 1 grapefruit AND 1 apple

Meal 4:
Protein Shake-
6 scoops of High Protein Drink
Mixed in water

Meal 5:
8 oz lean meat- beef, chicken or turkey
2 cups of green veggies

Meal 6:
Protein Shake-
6 scoops of High Protein Drink
Mixed in water

OR

Same as meal 5
