I have a very extensive athletic background including: baseball, soccer, football, track and field, boxing, judo, wrestling, and natural bodybuilding. I was a successful competitive bodybuilder for five years, having never placed lower than third in any competition I've ever entered. I'm a certified Professional Fitness Coach, and a very knowledgeable nutritional consultant. I've been featured in countless fitness magazines, catalogs, and postcards everywhere from the United States all the way to Italy.

I've also been featured in numerous television shows and feature films, allowing me to meet and work alongside famous celebrities such as: the entire cast of "Friends", Ben Affleck, Bob Sagat, Jennifer Lopez, Rob Schneider, George Clooney, and Sylvester Stallone to name just a few.

I've been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals since February of 1996. Now it's time to let me help you.
